Matthews & Goodman appointed as sole agents at Liverpool Science Park
Matthews & Goodman has been appointed as sole letting agents at Liverpool Science Park (LSP).
Located at the heart of Knowledge Quarter Liverpool (KQ Liverpool), LSP is now part of the new Sciontec Liverpool development company, jointly owned by the City Council, universities and Bruntwood SciTech.
LSP provides more than 120,000 sq ft of contemporary and flexible office space – from one desk to 100 – as well as high-specification lab facilities. It has the ability to meet the needs of a wide range of companies, from large multi-national corporations, to micro company start-ups.
Opened in 2005, LSP is now home to an array of companies such as biomedical, science, health, digital, tech and creative businesses, located alongside professional services, education, engineering, energy and environmental specialists.
