Churchill Retirement buys unit at Olympic Park

Retirement living specialist, Churchill Retirement, has acquired a new office unit at Commercial Development Project’s Olympic Park office scheme in Birchwood, Warrington.
Churchill has purchased unit 5a, a self-contained unit of 4,204 sq ft for its new North West operation.
Simon Marshall, managing director of Commercial Development Projects, said: “The units at Olympic Park are constructed to an excellent standard, we believe occupiers appreciate the quality of our buildings when compared to what else is available in the current market.”
Roberts Vain Wilshaw and Cushman & Wakefield are joint letting agents at Olympic Park.
Rob Yates, office agency partner at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We have three buildings left offering single floors from 3,000 sq ft or self-contained occupancy from 6,000 sq ft to 7,000 sq ft.
“We anticipate strong demand in the remaining buildings.
“Olympic Park offers occupiers a superb address, high quality accommodation providing air conditioning and raised floors which provide excellent value for money.”
He added: “Churchill’s decision to acquire a building at Olympic is testament to this.
“The accommodation is ready for immediate occupation and is available to buy or lease at £150 and £15.50 per sq ft, respectively.”
