One of the most stylish offices in Manchester is being marketed by property firm Savills.

Catella APAM, the specialist UK real estate asset and investment manager, has instructed Savills as the joint letting agent at 60 Spring Gardens in Manchester city centre, working alongside CBRE.

Arranged over four levels, the office building includes 22,000 sq ft of stylish workspace with available office space ranging from suites of 2,500 sq ft to floors of 5,670 sq ft.
