Finance firm partners with solicitors to provide life after settlement advice

Salford-based financial services firm Frenkel Topping has announced a new partnership.

Frenkel Topping Limited, its IFA arm, has established a 50:50 joint venture with Manchester-based Express Solicitors to provide life after settlement advice to their clients.

Express Solicitors is atop 200 law firm specialising in personal injury. The joint venture will be named ExpressFT Limited.

As part of this joint venture Frenkel Topping Limited will become a preferred IFA to offer specialist post-settlement advice to Express’ clients who have suffered from personal injury and clinical negligence.

This partnership follows recent joint ventures with Hudgell Solicitors and Horwich Cohen Coghlan Ltd as part of the group’s strategy to expand its client base, develop innovative new products for its IFA business and support future AUM (assets under management) growth.
