JLL to move into King Sturge’s office

STAFF from Jones Lang LaSalle’s Chancery Place office in Manchester are to move into King Sturge’s base at Argent’s One Piccadilly Gardens following the merger between the two firms.

Jones Lang LaSalle took 7,800 sq ft on the 10th floor of Chancery Place two years ago after overseeing construction of the 105,000 sq ft building.

However, One Piccadilly Gardens has bigger floorplates allowing for more of the combined staff to operate in the same place.

David Lathwood, the Manchester-based head of the combined firm’s English regions division, said: “Our focus has always been to bring both Manchester offices together under one roof as soon as possible.

“The forthcoming move into One Piccadilly Gardens will provide the environment and infrastructure which will assist the ongoing integration and ensure together, as one team, we are able to deliver an excellent range and breadth of services to clients.”
