Second Cheshire land acquisition for housebuilder

Proposals for Cardamine Gardens

Housebuilder Duchy Homes has announced its acquisition of land in Bunbury, marking the start of its second development in this idyllic Cheshire village.

The new site, named Cardamine Gardens, will deliver a distinguished collection of 15 new homes, including four-bed and five-bed properties, on leafy Bunbury Lane.

This follows the successful completion last year of its exclusive development, The Grange.

The new site will provide yet more homes of a high quality in this coveted location.

Cardamine Gardens will showcase some of Duchy Homes’ most popular house designs from its successful nearby Winterley development, aimed at providing families with desirable open-plan living and superior build quality.

Duchy Homes is already selling homes across the North West in Winterley and Bowgreave, and has another new site coming soon to the Lancashire village of Grimsargh.

The latest acquisition, it said, confirms its intention to move forward with its plan to become a medium-sized housebuilder with a growing portfolio of developments.

Planning permission has already been granted for Cardamine Gardens and works are scheduled to commence shortly.
