Savills instructed at remodelled city centre location

Catella APAM has instructed Savills as the joint letting agent at Cornerblock in Manchester city centre, working alongside Cushman & Wakefield.

Providing quality refurbished office accommodation over six floors, Cornerblock has been remodelled to create large, open and flexible floorplates.

Two suites of 5,090 sq ft are currently available within the building, plus a whole floor of 8,590 sq ft.

Following its purchase of the building, APAM has plans to improve the cycle and shower facilities during 2021.
