Paloma Capital, represented jointly by Savills and Littler & Associates, has successfully completed two new lettings at Globe Industrial Park in Dukinfield, Greater Manchester.

This takes the scheme to being fully let.

Retailer, Ego Shoes, has acquired a new 32,000 sq ft warehouse at unit 5B of the scheme on a 10-year lease, while existing tenant, home textile manufacturer and distributer Turner Bianca, has taken an additional 19,500 sq ft of space at unit 17 on a five-year lease on behalf of a retailer client.

Comprising a total of 560,000 sq ft of comprehensively refurbished industrial space across 30 acres, Globe Industrial Park is strategically located to the east of Manchester with excellent links to the motorway network.

Jonathan Williams, associate in the industrial team at Savills Manchester, said: “Offering high quality, refurbished warehousing space in a sought after location, Globe Industrial Park has been a desirable location for acquisitive occupiers.

“We continue to see high levels of demand from growing retailers seeking to increase their logistics capabilities and we’re pleased to have taken the scheme to being fully let on behalf of our client.”
