IT group acquires office space at Birchwood Park

Birchwood Park, the North West’s largest out-of-town business destination, has announced IT management solutions provider, Flexera, as its latest occupier.

The deal, secured in partnership with agents BE Group, JLL and Cushman & Wakefield acting on behalf Flexara, sees the tech specialist acquire a 16,209 sq ft office space on the park.

With almost 100 staff and consisting of two main divisions – Flexera and Revenera – the company aims to help organisations realise optimum value from their assets. It supports businesses in maximising their value, while answering the growing demands placed on both IT infrastructures, and the IT leaders who manage them.

With an ever-expanding team, Flexera identified Cheshire as a growing hub for the EMEA region and, when looking for a larger office space, quickly realised Birchwood Park was both ideally located and offered flexible opportunities for its increasing footprint, as well as easy access for employees with a skilled local talent pool.
