A total of £247m is being invested into the park which is already home to a number of national life science institutions such as Cancer Research UK Manchester Institute and the Medicines Discovery Catapult.
Glasshouse, which opened in 2020, offers 150,000 sq ft of flexible, high quality, collaborative workspace designed for digital tech businesses. Alderley Park also boasts a new gym and sports complex and pub and restaurant – The Churchill Tree.
