Flurry of new lettings at popular city centre offices site

Deva City Office Park

Northwood Regional UK has announced three new deals at Deva City Office Park, Salford.

This comes following on from the recent letting to David Blank Furniss who took 4,709 sq ft in units 13-15 The Brewery Yard. CBRE, Canning O’Neill and Edwards & Co act as letting agents on behalf of Northwood Regional UK.

Further letting success has been secured with Universal Solutions taking a lease of the whole of Unit 17, The Brewery Yard, measuring 3,323 sq ft.

Universal Solutions is a provider of commercial and residential furniture and has committed to a new seven-year lease.

The office park sits just off Deansgate and offers self contained units along with fully fitted, character suites with abundant onsite parking.

This appeals to a wide range of companies with occupiers such as Handelsbanken already calling the Office Park home.

Anexsys, specialists in technology and consulting services for law firms, has also recently signed a new lease at the office park taking 1,552 sq ft of self contained space in unit seven.

This comes in addition to Thomasons, a well established civil and structural engineering firm, also expanding into 4,853 sq ft in unit three.

Iain Taylor, director at Northwood Regional UK, said: “Over the last 12 months we have been pleased with the recent run of lettings.

“Our investment into the park has generated some incredibly positive feedback and has proven key in attracting new occupiers. We are delighted to be welcoming Universal Solutions and Anexsys.”

Louise Jackson, director at Anexsys, said: “Anexsys chose Deva City due to the close proximity to our clients and the Spinningfields location, as well as easy access by public transport and car.

“We also were impressed by the security offered on site, as well as the size and quality of the property on offer.”
