JLL’s facilities management company launches new contact centre
Facilities management company Integral UK has expanded with the a new contact centre in Warrington’s Birchwood Park .
The move will see 70 employees working out of the new office and will create further job opportunities boosting footfall to the local area.
Integral UK, part of the JLL Group, has taken 10,540 sq ft of space in Birchwood Park’s Chadwick House.
The contact centre for its help desk will support thousands of directly employed mobile engineers across the U.K.
Integral UK is the 22nd new occupier to make the move to the Birchwood Park in 2021.
Richard Wharton, director in Jones Lang LaSalle’s national office agency team, said: “Following an extensive search of the Birchwood area, including the serviced office market, Chadwick House was the unanimous choice for Integral’s new northern office, bringing all staff together on a single high quality floorplate within a scheme offering a wide range of amenities.”
