Manchester-based managed IT Services provider, Everything Tech, said it is anticipating its strongest year in 2022.

It has published its year end business update, with sales rising 152% to £3.06m during 2021.

Pre-tax profits slipped from £391,277 in 2020, to £207,190 this year, but gross profits saw a 128% improvement to £1.48m.

Managing director, Ruth Hall, said: “Against a backdrop of mixed trading conditions due to the impact of COVID-19 and lockdowns, our performance in 2021 has remained strong and has exceeded expectations.

“While fewer customers were onboarded compared to 2020, we have secured larger contracts across the healthcare sector as organisations look for partners who can deliver proactive IT support and strategy to guarantee their business continuity.

“This growth has enabled us to invest back into the business, with an increase in staff numbers and the launch of an employee engagement programme to ensure we retain the very talented team we have built.”

She added: “These figures set the foundation for what we expect to be our most successful year in 2022 as we look to build on the achievements made throughout 2021.”

Based in Manchester and with offices across the UK, the firm recently announced its acquisition of IT company, Unite.

Highlights throughout the 2021 reporting period include a 95.8% customer retention rate, 54% increase in staffing, currently at 40 team members, 25% uplift in new customers (number of companies), and a 30% uplift in end users, or the number of staff Everything Tech supports within the companies.

The business also completed the formation of its senior leadership team and the launch of a Microsoft Modern Workplace division.

Led by co-founders and directors, Ruth Hall, Lee Wrall and Anthony Hautin, Everything Tech is an expert in Microsoft Modern Workplace and a certified Gold Microsoft Partner.

The team works with businesses to deliver entire IT infrastructure and digital transformation programmes including business continuity plans, proactive IT support and strategy, cyber security, unified communications training, and disaster recovery.
