Accountants forms strategic alliance to extend specialist advisory service

A Hale-based accountants has formed a strategic alliance to extend its specialist tax advisory service.

Alexander Knight & Co is working with a fellow MGI Worldwide member firm, Portsmouth-based Freestone Jacobs which was founded by Paul Taylor and Allison Walker.

Paul has more than 35 years of experience as a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor.

His expertise involves mergers, acquisitions and restructuring.

MGI Worldwide is a global network of accounting and audit firms with more than 250 members in 100 countries around the world.

Murray Patt, founder of Alexander Knight & Co, said: “There is a natural fit between our two practices as a result of us both being member firms of MGI Worldwide, the global network of accountants.
