Housebuilder confirms second phase of Prescot homes

Housebuilder Miller Homes has announced a second phase of homes at its Prescot development, on Merseyside after a full planning application was approved.

Sonnet Gate will provide an additional 28 homes, alongside the 53 already in construction.

The two schemes form part of a wider 700-unit residential scheme in the area.

This includes a total of 81 homes to be built by Miller.

Work on the first phase is already well under way.

As part of its Prescot development Miller will provide a collection of three- and four-bedroomed homes, as well as affordable options.
