Warrington office property fully occupied after latest letting

Mountaineerin bosses Simon and Paméla Ogunlana

Birch Court business estate, in Warrington, is fully occupied, following the letting of Unit 15 to event organisation and professional mountaineering company, Mountainerin.

The company has taken 1,655 sq ft, of the total 33,430 sq ft site, on a three-year lease.

Mountaineerin is managed by two outdoor enthusiasts, Simon and Paméla Ogunlana, who pride themselves on providing a personal, and professional, service, either to individuals seeking a guided day walk, or businesses looking for corporate events.

Simon Ogunlana, director of Mountaineerin, said: “We are growing as a business so had been on the lookout for additional space in the Warrington area that would provide a better useable space to expand and make a big difference to how efficient things run.”

The letting was completed by agent Whittle Jones, acting on behalf of Northern Trust Company, and Ben Weaver, assistant letting/management surveyor at Whittle Jones, said “Birch Court provides over 33,000 sq ft of trade units and with it being fully occupied is now home to 17 different businesses which support over 200 jobs.”

Simon Ogunlana began his career working with young offenders before moving on to support young people completing the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. He is a qualified mountain leader with several ascents of Everest Base Camp, Kilimanjaro as well as extensive UK knowledge.

Paméla Ogunlana has a strong history in the corporate world mainly supporting businesses and directors with their HR requirements. As well as her HR qualification, Pam is also a qualified mountain leader.
