Attendees at the half day conference – which is free for those who book a ticket to the awards dinner – will also hear from the current chair of Leeds City Region Enterprise Partnership and the NP11, Sir Roger Marsh OBE DL about his experience of leading both public and private sector organisations during times of change, as well as take part in structured discussions on the topic of creating a culture for growth, and  Simon Theakston DL, joint managing director of Yorkshire brewery, T&R Theakston.

The event will close with an interactive Leadership Surgery, where representatives from this year’s sponsors including Mark Haywood, partner at CMS; Laura Bouttell, MD at Quarterdeck and Andy Wood, head of ethics and managing partner for Yorkshire and the North East at Grant Thornton will offer advice and answer questions.
