Partnership deal will add 19 staff to Colliers’ Manchester office

Nineteen staff are to join the Manchester office of professional services and investment management firm, Colliers, following a strategic partnership deal with building and project consultancy, Paragon.

Details of the deal were not disclosed.

It will see Colliers’ combined project and building consultancy (P&BC) team across the UK increase to 213.

Paragon, which was established in 2009 by 10 founding partners, will begin the process of integrating its P&BC teams in Manchester, London, Bristol, Edinburgh and Leeds in the coming months. The partnership will also see Colliers add an extra office in Esher, where Paragon currently has a 36-strong team.

The influx at Colliers’ Chancery Place office, in Manchester, will see the P&BC team numbers increase to 24 staff.
