Ten ex-forecourt sites hit the market

A group of ten former forecourt sites located in high traffic locations across the North West are up for sale.

Available individually, in sub groups or as a portfolio, specialist business property adviser Christie & Co said the sites present an ideal platform for a range of alternative uses due to their prominent locations and plot sizes.

Eight of the sites located in Accrington, Manchester, Bolton, Royton, Liverpool and Wigan are currently operating as hand car washes, while one of the Bolton properties is used as a showroom and workshop.

The portfolio also includes a residential opportunity to acquire a large end of terrace property with potential for redevelopment.
