Building consultancy appointed by Duchy of Lancaster

AG Project + Building Consultancy (AG), which has offices in Manchester and Preston, has been appointed as the Duchy of Lancaster’s retained building consultants for Lancashire.

Founded in the 13th century, the Duchy of Lancaster is a unique portfolio of land, property and assets held in trust for Her Majesty the Queen as Duke of Lancaster.

The appointment will see the expanding property consultancy manage more than 40 properties comprising residential, commercial and agricultural units across The Duchy of Lancaster’s Lancashire Rural Survey.

AG will also project manage renovation and refurbishment works of the properties.
