Family housebuilder starts work on latest development, in Nantwich

Bolton housebuilder, Edgefold Homes, has broken ground at a new site near Nantwich.

The development by the family firm will provide 24 homes for the village of Aston at its Alderwood Gardens plot, off Whitchurch Road.

This scheme will provide two-, three- and four-bedroom family houses, using traditional brick construction and designed specifically for the location, using local architectural details.

Construction director, Jack Seddon, said: “This is a really exciting development in a beautiful area.

“We have spent a lot of time designing these homes and ensuring they fit perfectly into this picturesque location matching the architectural landscape.”

Site manager, John Wade, said: “This is a great development, in the beautiful village of Aston, Cheshire.

“I am looking forward to being part of the Edgefold team and working alongside the rest of the Edgefold Team and sub -contractors.

“I joined Edgefold Homes in February this year and bring 25 years of construction experience to the business.”

Show homes on the site are planned to open by the end of the year.
