Anwyl Homes Lancashire acquires site for 34-home development
Housebuilder, Anwyl Homes Lancashire, has bought a 3.75-acre site at Parr Lane, Eccleston, near Chorley, from Metacre, a wholly owned subsidiary of Northern Trust Company.
Outline planning consent was secured earlier this year for 34 homes at the site, and following a competitive marketing exercise undertaken by Cowburn Land, undisclosed terms were agreed with Anwyl Homes Lancashire and the deal was completed within two months.

Chorley-based Northern Trust has a land bank of more than 5,000 acres, and is actively looking for further residential and commercial land opportunities to buy or promote throughout the UK.
