Deal seals nine-year lease for second floor of 42 Fountain Street
International insurance company, Allianz Trade, has signed a nine-year lease for the second floor at 42 Fountain Street, in Manchester city centre.
The lease involves a total of 3,800 sq ft for Allianz Trade, which employs nearly 6,000 staff globally.
The letting means there are just three suites remaining in the building.
Amelia Barrett, associate director at Sixteen Real Estate, said: “We are so pleased to welcome Allianz Trade to 42 Fountain Street, another high quality occupier to complement the newly refurbished office space.
“The generous number of EV charging points and sustainability aspects of the building played a pivotal role in their decision-making.”
JLL acted on behalf of Allianz Trade.
The 42 Fountain Street building offers more than 22,000 sq ft across seven storeys.
Each suite features a private kitchenette and break out area, meeting rooms and access to impressive on-site amenities.
The building boasts contemporary wellbeing facilities including a fitness suite, cycle storage, showers, changing facilities and a drying room.
The latest deal with Allianz Trade now leaves just three suites remaining.
Sixteen Real Estate and Avison Young are the joint agents at 42 Fountain Street.
