HUGO BOSS

German premium fashion brand, BOSS, is more than doubling its store size in a relocation at Liverpool One, the Grosvenor-owned retail site.

BOSS is taking a new, prominent space on Paradise Street. The 13,500 sq ft flagship store marks a 130% upsize in total trading area and is a strong vote of confidence in the destination from a leading international brand.

The upsized Liverpool One space is set to open in early 2023, alongside Tessuti’s new flagship on Paradise Street and will stock BOSS’s renowned menswear and womenswear collections, as well as seasonal capsule collections.

The new Liverpool One store will provide even greater capabilities to showcase BOSS apparel, delivering on the brand’s commitment to quality, design and adaptability.

Joining BOSS’s international portfolio of stores, the announcement of the brand’s new Liverpool One flagship follows HUGO BOSS’s record-breaking quarter and subsequent raising of its full-year outlook.

Rob Deacon, senior asset manager, Grosvenor, said: “Securing the relocation and upsize of BOSS at Liverpool One is a key moment for us, particularly as it evidences yet more commitment to the destination from a premium, international brand.

“We’re proud to be experiencing sustained demand from the very best names, cementing our position as one of the UK’s leading retail and leisure destinations. We look forward to witnessing BOSS’s continued success at Liverpool One.”

The upsized store will join a strong roster of retail brands that have opened over the course of 2022 at Liverpool One, including Tessuti, Russell & Bromley and global powerhouse beauty brand, Charlotte Tilbury, which launched its latest ‘Beauty Wonderland’ at the destination, marking its first store outside London and first UK opening in six years.
