FM specialist swoops in acquisition of national training provider
Newton-le-Willows-based international facilities management operator, Kingdom Services Group, has acquired Leeds-based national training provider, Dutton Fisher Associates, for an undisclosed sum.
The Yorkshire business has a focus on organisational, leadership and people development and is a leading provider of training and apprenticeship provision to the social housing sector.
As from January 31, 2023, the company, along with Kingdom Training, has been rebranded as Kingdom Academy.
Directors and business owners Paul Dutton and Jo Fisher will continue to lead the company along with the existing senior management team.
Kingdom said it will be a soft transition and business as usual for the Dutton Fisher customers, learners, and colleagues, but with all the benefits that Kingdom can provide, which include wider ‘one stop’ service capabilities, working synergies, specialist knowledge, and customer and people solutions that come from being part of a 7,000+ colleague and £250m turnover organisation operating across a UK-wide office network.
