Double deal means Altrincham trading estate is fully let

Stag Industrial Estate

Two deals at Stag Industrial Estate mean all 24 units are now fully let – reinforcing the location as one of the prime trade spots in Altrincham.

Paintwell and London Stone have both taken space in deals brokered by Knight Frank, Manchester.

Senior surveyor, Bradley Norton, said: “There was a lot of interest from companies looking for good quality prominent space in this busy location, popular with customers, who like the convenience of having a range of trade occupiers all in once place.”

Headquartered in Bromborough, Paintwell offers professional level painting and decorating supplies to both trade and consumers and now has 43 stores across the North West, Midlands, East Anglia and Kent following the recent acquisition of Kent Blaxill.

London Stone is a market leader in the supply of natural stone paving to a range of clients including landscape contractors, garden designers, property developers, architects and homeowners.

The estate sits on Atlantic Road, opposite Asda superstore and is 1.5 miles from Altrincham town centre.

It provides 80,909 sq ft of space across 24 units, all of which are now occupied.

Charlotte Fullard, associate at Vail Williams, who acted for Paintwell, said “Paintwell are expanding nationally, seeking units on well-located, busy trade counter schemes.

“Stag Industrial Estate met the brief perfectly with a suitable unit coming available at just the right time.”
