JMW hopes to grow at MediaCity’s Greenhouse

LAW firm JMW is opening an office at MediaCityUK with a goal of tapping into the opportunities the media, digital and creative sectors will generate.

The Manchester firm is taking serviced office space at The Greenhouse – which will used as a base for JMW lawyers to meet clients and contacts and network in  MediaCityUK.

The firm’s head of Intellectual Property Keith Arrowsmith, who joined last month, hopes the move will help him grow his media client base. As well as media and IP advice JMW will offer a range of other legal services such as wills and conveyancing to staff working at MediaCity.

Managing Partner Bill Jones said: “This unique area is fast positioning itself as a key location for the creative and media industries and we want to be part of such an exciting project.Bill Jones, JMW

“MediaCityUK offers JMW a fantastic opportunity to expand its business areas especially in the private client sector.  We look forward to getting to know all our neighbours in the area in the coming months.”

Stephen Wild, managing director, MediaCityUK, said: “We have diverse mix of companies who have already decided to take accommodation here at The Greenhouse, MediaCityUK and I envisage JMW will benefit from being part of the bustling creative community that is really starting to take a life of its own”.
