New resource comes to market after logistics warehousing reaches completion

Mirastar, jointly represented by Savills and B8 Real Estate, has reached practical completion at Air 66 and Air 84, a new industrial warehousing scheme in Speke, Liverpool.

Air 66 and Air 84 provide two highly specified new-build warehouses totalling 152,285 sq ft, both offering prime sustainable logistics space with two-storey office and amenity space.

The development sits within a well established commercial centre in South Liverpool in immediate proximity of Liverpool John Lennon Airport and the Port of Garston (Garston Docks).

The location is recognised for attracting high profile automotive and bio-pharma companies including Johnson Controls, Sequiris, Glaxo Smith Kline and DHL.
