Manchester Arndale suits menswear brand
Menswear brand Moss Bros. Group has picked Manchester Arndale for its latest location in the city after agreeing to take a 4,157 sq ft unit on New Cannon Street.
Moss recently announced a doubling of profits for the 12 months to January 2023 as the brand continued its post-Covid recovery.
Profits on a EBITDA basis rose by 112% from £17m to £36m, with turnover rising by 63% from £93.1m to £151.6m in the same period.
This arrival of Moss follows a flurry of new retail lettings including Gilly Hicks, Clarks, Flying Tiger, MINISO, Tommy Hilfiger, Kick Game and Kurt Geiger, as well as a significant upsize for Sports Direct.
