Administrators appointed at fire and security firm

An Oldham fire and security company employing more than 100 staff and boasting clients such as supermarket giant Tesco has fallen into administration.

Allan Kelly and Anthony Collier, from the Newcastle office of FRP Advisory, were appointed as joint administrators to Tailored Fire & Security Group, situated on Broadway Business Park, on June 12.

Calls to the business are not being answered.

The firm was founded in 2000 in Bolton, by CEO, Anthony Whittle.

Since then the business has grown to provide services across the globe from four regional offices in the UK, Turkey, Italy and Ireland.

The firm says its team has more than 40 years of experience including some of the largest fire and security projects within the UK and Europe.
