Holiday operator announces 41 weekly flights from Manchester for summer 2024

A joint venture holiday operator has launched its 2024 summer schedule from Manchester Airport, which amounts to 41 fleets each week.

SunExpress, operated by German carrier Lufthansa and Turkish Airlines, has announced its 2024 summer flight schedule to popular destinations in Turkey.

The airline, which has been awarded ‘Best Leisure Airline in Europe’ by Skytrax, will increase its flight frequency and offer weekly flights to Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir throughout the summer of 2024.

Antalya and Dalaman will be served with up to three daily connections. Izmir will be served with three weekly connections each Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday.

Manchester Airport’s commercial director, Stephen Turner, said: “We’re seeing increased demand for Turkish destinations like Antalya, Dalaman and Izmir as our customers look for the best value for money when planning their holidays.

“That’s why we’re really pleased to see SunExpress expanding its services from Manchester next summer.”

From Turkey, SunExpress will also offer 15 connecting routes. These flights include 10 domestic and five international destinations including Adana, Diyarbakir, Erzurum, Gaziantep, Kayseri, Malatya, Mardin, Samsun, Trabzon, Van, Bahrain, Beirut, Dubai, Tel Aviv Ben Gurion and Tbilisi.
