Three tenants have signed up for a key Cheshire industrial estate, illustrating the buoyant commercial industrial market.

Property consultancy Fisher German has agreed deals for the three new occupiers to move into units at Winsford Industrial Estate and has received an instruction to lease a further unit.

Northwich-based housing association Weaver Vale Housing Trust is set to move its landscaping team into a 4,740 sq ft unit on Pineapple Park on the estate.

Units 4 (3,042 sq ft) and 5 (3,116 sq ft) on nearby Navigation Park, have been let to Bennetts Car Parts and Ranger Electrical Services, respectively.

Fisher German, which last year merged with Matthews & Goodman, has also been instructed to lease a newly available 3,565 sq ft unit at Pineapple Park.

David Newman, partner at Fisher German’s Manchester office, said: “The Winsford Industrial Estate continues to be highly attractive for many new and growing SMEs in the area, as well as larger logistics operators and manufacturers, due to its convenient location near the M6 and A54 and its high quality units.

“It’s great to see a wide range of occupiers move onto the estate after favourable deals were completed. We are seeing a strong level of sustained demand with active enquiries across a range of unit sizes at Winsford Industrial Estate and expect to conclude the letting of the remaining vacant unit shortly.”

He added: “Despite external pressures, businesses – especially SMEs – still need quality spaces at affordable prices, and Winsford is a great example of that.”
