Shortlist for NW PRide Awards revealed

THE shortlist for the annual North West PRide Awards has been announced.
The awards, organised by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) North West group, take place in Manchester at the Hilton Hotel on November 23.
The shortlist comprises 32 communications agencies and 17 in-house teams who are competing for 65 awards across 24 categories.
Consumer PR specialist Brazen has the most nominations, with 12 shortlisted entries.
It is bidding to retain its title of Outstanding Public Relations Agency – but faces competition from IPB Communications, IAS B2B Marketing, Tangerine PR, Staniforth, Peppermint PR and Roland Dransfield.
IAS B2B Marketing, Peppermint PR, Staniforth, Stockport Council and Manchester Airport Group all have six nominations each.
Erin Portsmouth, chair of the CIPR North West group, said: “Being shortlisted is a tremendous achievement. Each nominated entry has been judged to be amongst the best in the North West by leading communications experts from across the country.”
