The final opportunity for property professionals to submit their entries for the inaugural North West PROPs Awards is just around the corner.

The search for the very best of the property industry is set to come to a close September 25, the perfect opportunity for organisations and individuals to showcase their achievements of the last year.

The North West PROPS, a northern-focused version of the oldest and most popular London PROPS Awards, will take place for the first time this November –  whilst raising funds to support disadvantaged and disabled children across the NW region.

Taking place at the Hilton Hotel Deansgate on November 30, the ceremony will offer a chance for the North West’s property professionals to celebrate the sector’s outstanding achievements and successes.

Lyn Staunton, Development Director for Variety, said; “We are super excited to see the nominations coming in and to begin the process of judging and finalising the shortlist ahead of the awards ceremony this November.

“The Northwest has some of the very finest Property companies and individuals, and we will celebrate those whilst raising much needed funds for disabled and disadvantaged children in the Region.”

Category judging is set to begin in early October with the official shortlist announced just after. Nominations can be made via the Variety website, with categories such as the Rising Star Award, Funder Award, and Agent Award up for grabs.

Backing for the awards has already seen some of the biggest names in property offer their support. Kingmoor Park Properties and Together are headline sponsors and Downing have pledged to be the partnership sponsor. This event aims to celebrate the property industry and help fund more wheelchairs, Sunshine Coaches, days out and specialist equipment right here in the NW.
