Cosmetic treatment firm invests in laser equipment

A CHESHIRE cosmetic laser treatment firm has invested £75,000 to increase the range of skin and body treatments it offers.
Lynton Group has bought the laser equipment from an Italian manufacturer and will use them to provide treatments including permanent hair reduction, tattoo removal, pigment removal and acne treatment.
In addition to providing treatments to the public, Lynton will use the new lasers at its Cheadle specialist training centre, which runs courses in the use of aesthetic laser treatment in collaboration with the University of Manchester.
Sue Weighell, Lynton Group finance director, said: “We are determined provide our customers with the best cosmetic laser treatment solutions available on the market using both the Lynton Group products and also via technology from other manufacturers. The new laser products will enhance the range of treatments we can offer.”
This latest purchase, which was funded by Lombard, the asset finance arm of The Royal Bank of Scotland, takes the businesses investment around £300,000 in the last year alone.
