RSBG UK takes fourth floor at One St James’s Square

International engineering and professional service consultancy, RSBG UK, has agreed to a five-year lease to occupy 5,969 sq ft across the whole of the self-contained fourth floor at Manchester’s One St James’s Square.
One St James’s Square, which comprises five floors in total, has recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment programme to provide an exposed services finish, all to a Grade A specification. This included the third, fourth and fifth floors, as well as all common areas, including reception, WCs, lift carts, basement, showers and cycle hub.
RSBG UK includes multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, Pell Frischmann, and the decision to secure this prime space reflects a strategic move initiated in 2018 when Pell Frischmann re-established its presence in the region.
Under the leadership of Matthew Davies, the company opened an office in Manchester, and over the past five years, this office has flourished, now accommodating more than 50 dedicated Pell Frischmann staff members.
Notably, the Manchester office will also serve as a central hub for the family of companies under the RSBG UK group, including McBains, 4Way, and Desco.
All of these professionals are deeply rooted in the Greater Manchester and North West communities, with a significant contingent of apprentices and graduates contributing to their ranks.

The incoming occupier will join Glencar Construction, which recently took space on the fifth floor. The remaining refurbished third floor space offers suites from 2,500-6,780 sq ft.
