New tenant takes entire third floor at latest Northspring site

Northspring Chapel Walks

The GO! Network has taken the whole of the third floor at Northspring | Chapel Walks, the workspace specialist’s latest building to launch in Manchester.

Helen Brennan, customer care manager at Northspring, said she was delighted to facilitate The GO! Network’s move from Spring Gardens to Chapel Walks. She said: “It is brilliant to see an existing member of the Northspring family make Chapel Walks their home but also still have access to all the amazing amenities they were previously using at Spring Gardens.”

The GO! Network works to build proper relationships between brands and agencies, by running the search and selection process from end-to-end.

Russell Oakley, managing director and co-founder of The Go! Network, said: “The building just feels like the perfect fit for a fast-growth business like ourselves.

“Staying in the heart of the city but with flexibility to be able to customise the workspace to fit our company style, and the amenities available were all a plus for sticking at Northspring.”

Northspring | Chapel Walks offers a range of amenities, including The Club – a business lounge with break-out co-working spaces, hot desking space, and a refreshments bar. The basement is also home to changing facilities and bicycle storage.

Leasing an office at Northspring allows tenants to work across all seven of its boutique offices across the country, located in Leeds, Birmingham and Manchester. Occupiers have access to all of the state-of-the-art facilities in any of its buildings, including roof gardens, screening rooms and podcast studios.

Knight Frank and Sixteen are joint agents on Northspring | Chapel Walks.
