Law firm expands North West presence with new Salford office

A new office has been opened in Salford by North West law firm Woodcocks Haworth and Nuttall Solicitors (WHN).

Located at Centenary House, on the edge of MediaCity, the new office will be led by senior associate Stephen Pinnington, a family law specialist who joined the firm in July, bringing more than 30 years’ experience to the firm.

Legal experts from WHN’s current business law and private client teams will be available for appointments throughout the week.

WHN’s Salford office is the firm’s ninth in the North West and it is planning to recruit new specialists to the office over the next 12 months.

Stephen Pinnington said: “Salford is a diverse economy which includes some of the UK’s biggest and best known companies, including TalkTalk, Swinton Insurance, ITV and Kellogg Group, as well as an innovative SME business community, which is WHN’s core commercial market.

“The feedback I have received since joining WHN is that both commercial and private clients in this area want specialist lawyers who are on their doorstep.”

The firm employs 110 staff from offices in Accrington, Bacup, Blackburn, Bury, Clitheroe, Great Harwood, Haslingden, Rawtenstall and now Salford.
