Faye Dolan

Liverpool-based procurement framework, Procure Partnerships Framework, is gearing up for substantial growth with the appointment of Faye Dolan as its new framework director.

Faye, who has been an integral part of the Procure Partnerships team for five years, will take the reins as the organisation embarks on ambitious expansion plans.

Faye brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, having graduated with a Master’s Degree in Construction Project Management (MSc) in 2022, all while overseeing more than 150 projects annually within the framework.

She said: “I am truly honoured to lead the Procure Partnerships Framework in this exciting phase of growth. Procure Partnerships Framework has been my home for the last five years, and I’m excited to contribute to its continued success.”

Rachel Cunliffe

Summize, the Manchester-based contract lifecycle management (CLM) disruptor, has bolstered its senior leadership team with the appointment of new chief financial officer, Rachel Cunliffe.

With 20 years’ experience, Rachel brings a wealth of knowledge to the senior team from previous roles in senior positions at high growth tech businesses, including AppSense and Avecto.

Rachel will be responsible for the finance, compliance and people functions of the business, which includes driving the company’s forecasting, business planning, investment, people and finance strategy.

Summize recently announced its expansion to North America with the opening of a new office in Boston, MA and the launch of its US subsidiary, Summize Inc. Rachel said: “It’s such an exciting time to be joining the Summize team. The product is solving a genuine problem for legal professionals, and the technology is truly innovative. I am looking forward to working with the senior leadership team and wider business as we execute on the next phase of Summize’s growth.”

Chris Darling

Evolve, a provider of managed network solutions and IT services, has appointed Chris Darling as new delivery director of the Wigan-based business.

Chris joins from speciality chemicals company, Nouryon, where he was responsible for transitioning fixed wired and wireless network to a new global network operations centre. Prior to this he was the European network manager for AzkoNobel, providing specialised support during the network upgrade of more than 300 sites.

Helen Russell

H&H Land & Estates has appointed Helen Russell as its new director of land development.

A highly qualified Chartered Surveyor and a former director of the company, Helen returns to H&H Land & Estates bringing five year’s invaluable experience specialising in land development, most recently as land director for a national Plc housebuilder.

Based predominantly in the company’s Carlisle office, Helen will be responsible for the growth of the land development support H&H Land & Estates can offer clients across its offices in Cumbria, the North East, Durham and Yorkshire.

H&H Land & Estates managing director, Mark Johnson, said: “Helen’s return marks another major step forward in our growth. She rejoins us at a time when we have expanded into new head offices at Staveley in Kendal and established a presence for the first time in Yorkshire. Mann Roberts Solicitors has appointed Rugby League legend Paul Sculthorpe as a brand ambassador for the firm.

In his role as brand ambassador, Paul will introduce business contacts to the Liverpool-based firm, speak at events and conferences and deliver motivational training sessions for members of the team.

Jess Firth and Conner Griffin

Lancaster-based brand and digital consultancy, EXP, has announced two new appointments as the agency continues to grow.

Jess Firth joins the team as a marketing consultant, while Conner Griffin is hired as a graphic designer.

Firth has a wealth of experience having previously been an account manager for a North West digital agency and more recently an in-house marketing manager for a large garden centre. She will lead marketing strategy and content at EXP.

She said “I have already seen first hand the amazing work the team produce for our clients, and I look forward to bringing my experience to support that, and continue pushing boundaries in the work we do.”

With more than eight years of agency experience, Conner Griffin will be using his skills in graphic design, motion design, and illustration to widen EXP’s offering to clients.
