Property agent continues its Trafford Park momentum with deals for two further units

Two Trafford Park units, totaling 90,133 sq ft, have changed hands in deals arranged by independent industrial agency, Davies Harrsion Real Estate.

The firm has let two warehouse distribution facilities on behalf of The Fragrance Group, which has consolidated its services and moved to a new 190,000 sq ft site at Metro190, also in Trafford Park.

HYVA UK has agreed a 10-year lease for a 45,133 sq ft office and warehouse facility situated on a 1.95 acre site at Churchill Point at £9.25 per sq ft.

Joe Wilshaw, of Roberts Vain Wilshaw, represented HYVA UK.

Appliance World has taken an assignment of the existing lease, which expires in five years for a 45,000 sq ft building at Premier Park as it looks to relocate from its previous premises in Swinton.

Rick Davies, of Davies Harrison, said: “In the last couple of months, we have let/sold over 150,000 sq ft of warehouse accommodation in Trafford Park and achieved a record capital value sale of £180 per sq ft following the sale of The Works.

“Trafford Park retains its position as one of the most sought after industrial and distribution destinations in the region with demand consistently high irrespective of changing market conditions.”

He added: “Properties of this magnitude such as these rarely come to the market and as such, attract significant interest.”

Davies Harrison has also been retained by Northwood to market its 130,000 sq ft flagship scheme, Bridgewater Point in Trafford Park.

The scheme is due to complete by the end of the year with units ranging from 5,000-26,000 sq ft.
