Fledgling property firm expands footprint with Liverpool office

Re:Volve Real Estate has expanded into Liverpool, taking a second office space.

Just six months after its launch, the Wilmslow-based business has opened an operation in Dale House, Dale Street.

The 6,000 sq ft building houses several office spaces under fit -out contractor Braithwaite Group’s £30m office portfolio.

Re:Volve’s 1,500 sq ft space will house five directors with a breadth of experience across asset management, building and project consultancy and building surveying, who will manage the building and further rental enquiries.

The expansion follows Re:Volve Real Estate’s impressive launch, which has seen it reach a turnover of £1.2m in just six months.

Its current portfolio consists of 30 clients with a rent roll of £10.5m per annum.
