A recruitment firm has signed a deal for 2,985 sq ft of fully fitted and furnished space at St James’s Tower, in Manchester.

Core Talent Recruitment has taken the 11th floor space on a five-year lease, with a three-year break.

The 16-storey office building has undergone a rigorous transformation over the past 10 years to offer an attractive space for businesses across Manchester, with the landlord also committed to making the building fully decarbonised.

Located on Charlotte Street, St James’s Tower is situated in the heart of Manchester city centre and boasts exceptional proximity to the city’s transport links.

The Metrolink at St Peter’s Square and the Piccadilly Gardens transport interchange are within close walking distance, while Piccadilly train station is just a seven-minute walk away.

The specialist global recruitment consultancy, which was previously located on Lloyd Street and has bases across the UK and in the USA, specialises in engineering and construction roles. It also has a 98% success rate achieved on exclusive and retained client assignments.

OBI Property and Cushman & Wakefield acted as leasing agents on the building, while Level Workspace acted on behalf of Core Talent Recruitment.
