Consultancy takes space at Northern Quarter’s Sevendale House

PJD Group, which is carrying out a refurbishment of Sevendale House in Manchester’s Northern Quarter, has confirmed its first new tenant for the redesigned space.

Human8 has signed a five-year lease on a 4,412 sq ft forward-fitted suite on the first floor.

A consultancy connecting brands with people and culture to drive positive change, Human8 has relocated from The Hive on Lever Street as it required space that supported its new agile working practices.

The refurbishment at Sevendale House will be completed in May this year and will offer a mix of 30,000 sq ft of character fitted and unfitted workspace, communal breakout and event space, a wellness studio and high quality end of journey facilities.

Cathérine Tück, head of office experience at Human8, said: “Sevendale House has given Human8 Manchester a fresh lease of life with lots of natural light in the heart of Northern Quarter.”

Mark Davies, director of PJD Group, said: “The intention is to create an environment that focuses on the modern office occupier’s requirements for a work/life balance, by creating new event, breakout space and wellness studio.

“Upon completion of the work, we believe we will have achieved this.”
