Web design agency Unbranded Manchester is building on its own strong foundations after it won a competitive three-way pitch to redesign and update the brand for housebuilder Russell Homes.

Unbranded Manchester plans to integrate the new website with Russell Homes’ property management software as well as Rightmove in a phased release of a new platform that manages property availability for each of its housing developments.

The MediaCityUK-based agency has also won a secondary pitch for the ongoing SEO and conversion rate optimisation of the site. The new site is scheduled to go live in mid-April.

Hamad Mian, managing director of Unbranded Manchester said: “We’re delighted to be working with Russell Homes and are very excited about working on yet another technically-challenging project that should make the overall management of their internal processes a whole lot easier.”

Russell Homes is the land and residential arm of Russell WBHO, It has been established for 20 years and mainly operates in Greater Manchester and Cheshire.

Liberty Wootton, marketing manager at Russell Homes, said: “Our current website is outdated and not reflective of the homes and service we offer at Russell Homes. From first contact with Unbranded Manchester we realised they completely understood what we were trying to achieve.

“We have full faith in what Unbranded can achieve with their skill set from the website’s design through to the execution and further performance of the website. It was clear from our first meeting with them that they were the best agency for the job.”
