Independent advisory firm, Turley, has relocated its 82-strong Manchester team to new offices at Transmission, the site of the former Granada TV studios.

The Manchester office is Turley’s largest location across its 15-strong offices in the UK and Ireland. It moved from its previous site in New York Street.

By maintaining its city centre presence, Turley aims to strengthen its ties with local businesses, partners and clients while contributing to the city’s economic growth and development.

The new office, in the St John’s area of Manchester, reflects Turley’s appreciation for the city’s cultural heritage and future, it said.

Transmission is part of the wider Enterprise City campus which also houses Aviva Studios, the permanent home for Manchester International Festival (MIF) which the business has supported since 2017.

Manchester-based Chief Executive, Stephen Bell, said: “Turley was formed in Manchester over 40 years ago and we are passionate about the city. Our Manchester office remains our largest office, we are very active on projects and initiatives across the city, and we are always exploring how we can contribute to an even greater extent.

“As placemaking specialists our location is very important to us and our new home, within a rapidly evolving part of the city centre, aligns perfectly with our aims.
“Manchester has always been proud of its past whilst also looking ahead and Enterprise City is a great example of striking this successful balance. We are excited about becoming part of the creative business community that is forming here, and being closer to our friends at MIF.

“We have created a new and improved space for our teams to enjoy truly flexible hybrid working which has been at the heart of our approach for several years, and to provide a warm welcome to our clients and contacts.”

In addition to serving as a strategic base for Turley’s operations in the North of England, alongside its office in Leeds, the new space will provide a dynamic and collaborative workspace for employees and clients.

Equipped with modern amenities and designed and project managed by office specialists OBI to facilitate collaboration, the new location is poised to support Turley’s growth objectives and enhance its service delivery.

Turley was supported in the move by Mills & Reeve, which provided expert legal advice.
