Property firm expands national presence with new offices

The Fareham office

Property specialist Centrick has expanded nationally with new offices in the South East and North West.

The Birmingham-based company has expanded its reach with the launch of a new office in Manchester’s city centre, located on King Street. This new office can accommodate a team of 10 and offers room for future expansion.

Meanwhile, in the south, Centrick has relocated to larger premises in Fareham, positioned between Portsmouth and Southampton. The new office, spanning 1,000 sq ft at Cams Hall, is housed within a landmark-listed Georgian mansion and can accommodate a team of 12.

Centrick’s building and estate management, as well as its build-to-rent teams, have seen growth, now overseeing a portfolio of over 550 developments, comprising more than 26,500 homes.

Centricks operations manager Paul Taylor said: “Our major investment in new offices in the south and Manchester reflects the growing volume of homes we have under management and a very strong pipeline of new instructions in those two key regions.

“The concept behind our national expansion programme has been to try and stay true to our values of building high-quality local teams with local knowledge and connections that benefit the buildings that we manage. These new offices allow us to build a productive working environment closer to the buildings that we manage, allowing us to forge stronger working relationships with both our clients and with our network of local contractors.”

Centrick group managing director, Phil Johns said: “These are very exciting times at Centrick and it is fantastic to announce the launch of two new offices. We are committed to investing in key regions and areas of our core team, such as building safety and compliance, whilst providing a local management service, on a national level.

“Our teams located throughout England have the benefit of a comprehensive infrastructure of technology, knowledge and expertise all designed to fulfil the Centrick vision; ‘making customers’ lives better every day, the Centrick way’. These new offices will help enhance the culture and collaboration of our growing regional teams, creating great working spaces that all our teams will benefit from.”
