Change of ownership at MyDigital

Maven Capital Partners has exited MyDigital following a private management buyout (MBO).  

But there’s so much more to this story than just a Stockport-based payroll platform changing hands.

On the Rainmakers platform (4 June 2023) we will bring you much more on how what’s been going on since Maven invested £1.2 million in MyDigital through NPIF – Maven Equity Finance, part of the Northern Powerhouse Investment Fund.

This investment helped MyDigital scale operations, double its workforce, and develop innovative FinTech products.
