Law firm expands Liverpool office with doubling of space at Exchange Station base

National law firm, Freeths, has relaunched its Liverpool office with an expansion of its space at its Exchange Station site in the city’s business district.

The move will see the Liverpool team double its office space within the same building, on Tithebarn Street.

Having bolstered the team by 50% in Liverpool over the past 12 months and achieving year on year growth in excess of 30% since launching in 2018, the move will continue to allow Freeths Liverpool to foster ambition for future talent and provide room for further prosperity in the Liverpool City Region and beyond.

Recent strategic hires such as family specialists Natalie Dickinson and Antonia Williamson who have joined from Brabners, as well as real estate finance specialist Sarah McGuinness from MSB, have strengthened the office’s portfolio of services for both new and existing clients, as well as maintaining the firm’s well-established offering within the region.

The team also recently celebrated the promotion of Joei Chung to Director within the real estate team.

Andy Nichol, Managing Partner of Freeths Liverpool, said: “Over the past few months our existing Real Estate team has expanded, and we’ve also welcomed new colleagues who bring Family and Environmental law specialisms into the fold.

“Our growing team has an excellent dynamic, and we want to make the most of it by having the right space in which to collaborate and work, so we’re looking forward to everything the new office will bring.”

Freeths Liverpool advises clients such as Lloyds Banking Group, Harworth Group and JSM Company Group, and the Liverpool office has expanded steadily over the past six years.

As one of Freeths’ 13 UK offices, the Liverpool base has led the way, posting revenue growth in excess of 46% over the past 12 months.
