New flexible office space opens in Widnes, capable of supporting 350 staff

Managed office space provider, BusinessLodge, has opened a new facility in Widnes capable of supporting more than 350 staff.
The company already operates established centres in Bury and Stoke on Trent.
Its new site in Kingsway House, Caldwell Road, Widnes is a newly-refurbished office space which it says is set to become a vibrant hub for professionals and businesses of all sizes, offering a blend of modern amenities and a welcoming atmosphere.
BusinessLodge Widnes offers a variety of flexible workspace solutions to cater to freelancers, start-ups, and larger organisations alike, as well as a dog-friendly office environment. Options range from private offices and dedicated desks to co-working spaces and virtual office services, allowing businesses to scale their space as required.
The facility features high-speed internet, ergonomic furniture, fully equipped meeting rooms with the latest technology, and comfortable coffee points where tenants can recharge and network with like-minded professionals.
Once all phases of the development are completed, BusinessLodge Widnes will feature more than 60 office spaces, ranging from co-working spaces to offices with up to 50 workstations, meeting room space, catering facilities, and a private gym accessible to all clients.
Each office space is fully air conditioned and individually alarmed, to ensure clients’ comfort and security.

The company was a keen focus on employing local businesses, sourced via Halton Chamber of Commerce, to complete the initial works, with NW Contracts, Widnes, being one local business that helped to complete the extensive renovations.

The new centre has already seen one business expand its operations from Stoke on Trent to also have a presence in Widnes.
