David Giovanni, managing director, Bluecroft said: “Having only started Bluecroft 18 months ago, we are on track to triple our size by the end of the year and so the move to Altrincham is much needed. We have a highly experienced team who have already loaned over £50 million and our loan book currently stands at £15 million.”

Hale based David Giovanni is a successful entrepreneur, investor and employer. In 2022 David and his business partner sold their property management and sales company, Ascend Estates to
Gatehouse Bank, valuing the business at almost £40 million.

At the time of its sale, Ascend was managing 10,000 properties with branches in Manchester, Monton, Leeds, Liverpool and Wolverhampton and employed 150 people.

David launched Bluecroft at the end of 2023 because he sees longevity and opportunity in supporting business owners with short term finance.

RPS is the leasing agent on Ambassador Place, acting on behalf of building owner Whitecroft SASS. The deal with Bluecroft is on ten year lease with a break at year three. Other occupiers include Forrest Recruitment and McQueens Dairies.
